Week 3: Epic Rewrite: Forging Your Unbreakable Athletic Legacy

Welcome to Epic Rewrite, a powerful tool designed specifically for elite female athletes who are ready to transform their relationship with setbacks and challenges. Epic Rewrite gives you a systematic way to process past experiences, draw out their hidden lessons, and integrate those lessons into your identity as an athlete. By completing this module, you're not just healing past wounds—you're fundamentally changing how your brain processes challenges.

This is where it all comes together. We’ve worked on gravitating away from fixed thinking into growth mindsets in Module 1. This module creates the foundation for proficient uptake of new skills and upgrading all possibilities of performance. You also learned the uncompromising power of personal belief in your highest potential. We worked on emotional mastery in modules 2 and 3. This is where you learned what emotions you were typically vibing depending on the situation and how to switch out those emotions to benefit the growth mindset thoughts and subsequently your emotional fuel for performance. In essence, we have revamped and upgraded your mental, emotional and spirit bodies to benefit your fourth body which is your physical body. Now we will use those principles to create your go-to protocols for elite, consistent performance in any environment.
